We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Lead II. In this role, you will lead a team of Team Members and Shift Leads, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment. With a focus on enhancing member experiences and team development, this position requires strong leadership and communication skills. A competitive $20-$21.68 per hour salary and comprehensive benefits package make this an attractive opportunity.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing front desk administrative duties, processing data entry, and collaborating with management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of customer service experience, previous leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work varied hours, including weekends and opening/closing shifts. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
