Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of buildings and other structures to identify areas that require repair or maintenance.
  • Perform Electrical and Plumbing Maintenance: Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, including replacement or repair of fixtures, outlets, and other equipment.
  • Prepare Surfaces for Painting and Staining: Prepare surfaces for painting and staining on various structures, walls, and equipment.
  • Install and Repair Doors, Windows, and Other Fixtures: Install and repair doors, windows, and other fixtures as needed.
  • Perform Drywall, Caulking, and Tile Repair: Repair drywall, caulk, and tile as needed to ensure a safe and functional environment.
  • Inspect and Troubleshoot Equipment: Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, including HVAC systems, to ensure they are functioning properly.
Requirements
  • Age and Experience: Must be at least 18 years old and have prior work experience in the construction or building industry.
  • Qualifications: Must have a well-rounded background in the construction or building industry, with a strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, kneel, squat, bend over, climb up and down ladders, and lift 50+ pounds.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid clean driver's license.
Working Conditions
  • Part-time/Full-time: This is a part-time/full-time position, with hours dependent on business demands.
