Are you passionate about mentoring individuals who support children and families? TFI Family Services has an opportunity for you.
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Team Leader to join our Permanency team. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in social work or a related human services field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in direct service. Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human services field and four years of direct service experience, coupled with BSRB licensure, are encouraged to apply. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.
A Day in The Life as a Team Leader
In this role, you will supervise case managers and support staff who work with children and families, facilitating reunification or adoption processes. You will collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the necessary support and services to promote the well-being of children.

We seek a compassionate individual with strong leadership skills who is committed to empowering staff to enhance their capabilities in supporting families and children. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to advocate for children and their families.
