Job Title: Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for increasing our revenues by developing new and existing clients for our sustainable business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new accounts and achieve sales targets for our sustainable business services
  • Strategically engage customers to build key relationships and create the foundation for consulting sales
  • Lead generation and pipeline management
  • Closing opportunities in a timely and managed process
  • Collaboration across our stakeholders within the various teams to develop budgets and scope of work
  • Ensuring quality control and accuracy of CRM records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, building construction, environmental, or sustainability field
  • A passion for sales and competency in positioning services at C-levels within organizations
  • Ability to build relationships through education and sell technical sustainability strategies
  • Understanding of sustainability industry pricing models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to generate over $2 million+ in sales per year
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads
  • Experience using CRMs to manage contracts, leads, and deals
  • Preference for sustainable operations and/or LEED building experience
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills
  • Self-starter with ability to learn on the job
  • Strong computer skills - proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
