Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the intake process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families, maintaining accurate and detailed client logs.
  • Provide a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
  • Coordinate activities, such as lectures, recreation, and meetings, to promote client engagement and progress.
  • Conduct mandatory bed checks, complete bed-check sheets, and report any concerns to the team.
  • Attend shift change, team meetings, and company meetings to stay informed and aligned with our mission.
  • Ensure clients adhere to their treatment schedules and participate in interventions as needed.
  • Monitor medication lines, transport clients to medical appointments, and conduct searches upon return to the facility.
  • Provide basic care and support, including hygiene and medical needs, to ensure clients' overall well-being.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve our goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health settings (preferred).
  • Facilitating process groups and family sessions (preferred).
