Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Developmental Pathways, Inc. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing in-home support to children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-to-one with clients in their homes, implementing behavior plans and providing support to their families. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior plans for children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide support to clients and their families in their homes
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide parent training and education to support client progress
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and FBI/DOJ clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
