Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with project teams to deliver comprehensive merger and acquisition advisory services, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of various metrics to support valuation reports and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
