Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ultra Maritime. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Your primary duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA and NFPA 70E
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrical certification or Journeyman's Certificate
  • Experience with PLCs and robotics
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70 and OSHA regulations
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
