Our approach emphasizes client involvement throughout the consulting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture client partnerships
  • Lead and mentor team members while assessing their performance
  • Deliver financial management support during transitions
  • Oversee accounting operations and implement financial systems
  • Assist leadership in making informed financial choices
  • Ensure adherence to financial reporting regulations
  • Conduct thorough financial and operational evaluations
  • Manage compliance with grant and regulatory requirements
  • Engage in business development and service enhancement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED minimum; Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MPA preferred
  • At least five years of experience in nonprofit accounting
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • CPA certification is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
