Veritas Partners is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing strategic objectives and operational outcomes of technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standard processes and procedures for technology service components within the organization.
  • Manage and ensure compliance and system SLAs are meeting performance levels.
  • Provide leadership for continuous improvements throughout the Network security and Tier1 support team.
  • Define and drive the objectives of the service desk to improve support workflows, problem resolution, change and release management effectiveness, capacity planning, and security initiatives.
  • Participate in the design, development, implementation, and support of infrastructure solutions and project management.
  • Provide a work environment focused on teamwork and unity while empowering the staff to focus on their individual goals and objectives.
  • Leverage project management skills and tools to manage and monitor technology projects to ensure compliance with defined policies and technical standards.
  • Conduct audits of enterprise technology SLAs.
  • Assist with the preparations for disaster recovery planning for consistent business operations.
  • Engage in professional development to maintain continual growth in skills and knowledge essential to the position.
  • Ensure services, systems, procedures, and processes are properly documented and maintained regularly.
  • Managing relationships and agreements with third-party vendors.
  • Making recommendations for improving existing systems and processes.
  • Keep abreast of new enterprise and administrative technologies and operational methodologies.
  • Participate in business unit committees to learn, share, and identify ways technology can assist and improve their processes.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years' experience in IT.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing/leading technical projects and assessing technical solutions.
  • Banking, financial services, investment management/wealth management or mortgage industry experience is required.
