Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Role
We are looking for a skilled Patient Experience Specialist to join our team at SharpeVision. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between patients and our medical team, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and medical professionals to address concerns, answer questions, and provide updates.
  • Manage and coordinate various tasks, such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and preparing documents.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. However, prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced healthcare setting, is highly preferred. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in basic computer applications, and demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn.
