    • Organize trays, instruments, and treatment room drawers, promoting efficiency and productivity
  • Records Management:
    • Securely store and handle patient records, adhering to state and federal regulations, including HIPAA
    • Accurately file and scan patient information, ensuring seamless communication
    • Track cases and referrals, facilitating smooth transitions between doctors
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor inventory and dental office supplies, ensuring timely restocking

  • Office Participation:

Requirements
  • Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program or relevant experience
    • Compliance with state dental practice requirements, including radiology certification and OSHA training
    • Proficiency in dental software
    • Commitment to career development and ongoing education
  • Interpersonal Skills:
