Pharmacist - Inpatient Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our Inpatient team at Lake Huron Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical services.
Responsibilities- Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital.
- Ensure patient safety by maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records, and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on medication management and safety.
- Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
