We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of production personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Leadership and Supervision**: Provide guidance and oversight to production personnel, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety Standards.
  • **Production Scheduling**: Assist in coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • **Equipment Maintenance**: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that all equipment is properly set up and maintained, minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
  • **Training and Development**: Provide on-the-job training to production personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all production personnel are aware of and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • **Skills**: Basic math and computer skills, knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures, and ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
