We are seeking a skilled Experience Designer to join our innovative team at INSPYR Solutions. As a Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely work for our business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to redesign an existing payments product, incorporating new technology and a new flow, while adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a Design lead and other team members to learn and apply design style guidelines.
  • Create detailed designs and validate the accuracy of implementation of our designs to mobile interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Expert in visual design for native iOS applications, with a strong understanding of font styles, color schema, and look/feel.
  • Proficient in Figma, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS 3, and their respective impacts when designing financial industry experience.
  • Familiarity with agile project methodology and experience designing for best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create style guides for development teams.
  • Familiarity with designing for accessibility in native applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and work independently when needed.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient at product management, visual design, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, or similar experience.
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
