Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, manage cash drawer, and perform reconciliations.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash (if applicable).
  • Food Service: Prepare food and hot beverages, monitor product levels, and re-stock as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Availability: Must be available to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and maintained store conditions.
  • Judgment and Professionalism: Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise sound judgment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
