Customer Support Representative

At Apex Talent Solutions, we are seeking an exceptional CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. With excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, you will be the voice of our company, providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and Manage Client Inquiries: You will respond to client calls, emails, chats, and interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide Product Information and Solutions: You will accurately provide product information and offer solutions to meet client needs.
- Learn and Follow Procedures: You will learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in your interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
In this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other platforms.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
- Multitasking and Time Management: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Able to Work Remotely: Flexibility to work from home and adapt to remote work requirements.
