We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Treatment Consultant to join our team at Secret Med Spa. As a Treatment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve their aesthetic goals through our wide range of services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients, providing expert knowledge of our services and products.
  • Meet with clients to create custom treatment plans, ensuring they are comfortable and well-educated about our services.
  • Build rapport and close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing financing contracts.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
  • Recommend and up-sell new services by evaluating client aesthetic treatment processes.
  • Partner with location providers and manager to drive new business into the spa.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes.
  • Ensure accurate updates in the CRM system with all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience working in a med spa or aesthetics industry.
  • Ability to multi-task, be attentive to clients, and remain flexible to business needs.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
