Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dairy farmers, processors, and customers
  • Provide education and training on risk management tools and strategies to help dairy farmers, processors, and customers make informed decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions and trends to provide timely and accurate information to dairy farmers, processors, and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management programs and services
  • Contribute to the development of risk management policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, agricultural commodities, or a related field
  • Proven experience developing impactful business relationships with large, complex farming operations
  • Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
