PR Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in corporate communications and public relations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans to drive business objectives and enhance the company’s reputation.

• Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to support business initiatives and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communications plans.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, media, and external partners.
• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on communications-related matters.
• Develop and disseminate communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and internal communications.
• Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media channels.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide insights to business leaders.
• Develop and implement crisis communications plans to mitigate potential risks to the company’s reputation.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior experience in a leading alcohol beverage company is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in managing teams and leading high-profile projects would be an asset.
