We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Colleton Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, performing diagnostic exams, and communicating results to radiologists.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for exams, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Communicate exam results to radiologists, providing detailed information about patient conditions.
- Maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable imaging results.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- South Carolina: SCRQSA in Radiology and/or Computerized Tomography is required.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
