The Shamrock Environmental Corporation is seeking an experienced Industrial Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our field technicians. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the safe and efficient execution of our environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor field technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate field operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Verify that all necessary equipment and tools are available and in good working condition.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings to review safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure that all field operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in environmental field operations supervision.
  • 40 HR HAZWOPER certification preferred.
  • Clear, valid driver's license required, CDL preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
