Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a CNC Technician and Programmer responsible for producing precision machined components by operating, setting up, and programming HAAS CNC mills and lathes. The ideal candidate will utilize various software and tools to manufacture parts for the prototype sector.

Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
- Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-2:00am (Shift premium of $1.00/hour)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 5:00am-5:30pm (Shift premium of $2.00/hour)
- Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 5:00am-5:30pm (Shift premium of $2.00/hour)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 5:00pm-5:30am (Shift premium of $15.00/hour)

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and perform advanced calculations for machining components to precise specifications.
- Program, set up, edit, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes according to engineering specifications and design blueprints.
- Ensure quality production while adhering to scrap standards.
- Conduct in-process measurements and inspections.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Execute tool setup and preparation tasks, including grinding and cleaning.
- Utilize Mastercam for 2D and 3D applications, including work coordinate systems and tool creation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position require the employee to engage in various activities, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items over 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
