Job Overview

HomeSteady of Greater Jackson and Ann Arbor is seeking a skilled Handyman and Home Repair Expert to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing top-notch home maintenance and repair services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and home service repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the Home Steady Plan to homeowners and conduct thorough walk-throughs of their homes, identifying areas that require attention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with homeowners and team members alike.
  • Deliver high-quality work, ensuring that homeowners are completely satisfied with the services provided.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex homebuilding concepts to customers who may not be familiar with industry terminology.
  • Ability to learn and perform a range of technical skills, including minor plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, tile installation, and other cosmetic repairs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
