Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Event Manager to join our team at LaKota Oaks. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of weddings and social events, from concept development to execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage event concepts, themes, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee event logistics, including catering, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years' experience in event management, catering, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
