Job Summary:
The Technology Services Technician II plays a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support for computer systems and related technologies. This position involves the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree or higher in a technology-related discipline, coupled with relevant experience in technology support or a comparable mix of education and experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in diagnosing issues with PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, and iPads is required. This role necessitates travel to various work locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
2. Install and maintain computer systems and associated equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance technical services.
Schedule:
Full-time, year-round, first shift.
Compensation:
Hourly. Grade 13. Competitive pay based on experience.
