Senior Nursing Supervisor

Full-time Role

As a Senior Nursing Supervisor, your role will involve delivering essential services to patients throughout their treatment journey at our facility. You will oversee and administer the appropriate dosages of prescribed treatments while ensuring meticulous documentation. Your leadership will help cultivate an environment conducive to long-term recovery.

Compensation Details:

· $26/hr to $32/hr

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician in good standing with the State of California
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of patients daily
  • Flexibility in work schedule and location
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient records to ensure accurate medication dosage administration
  • Dispense both controlled and non-controlled medications as per physician directives
  • Monitor patient conditions
  • Consult with medical staff regarding any dosage adjustments
  • Manage all aspects of receiving, storing, and dispensing medications
  • Document and authenticate entries in patient treatment records in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain examination rooms and dispensary
  • Be available for on-call duties as required
