Senior Nursing Supervisor

As a Senior Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee patient care during their treatment journey at our facility. Your role will involve supervising and administering the correct dosages of prescribed treatments while ensuring accurate documentation. You will lead efforts to cultivate an environment conducive to long-term recovery.

Compensation Structure:

· $26/hr to $32/hr

Qualifications:

  • Current LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician in good standing with the State of California
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of patients daily
  • Flexibility in scheduling and location
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient records to ensure accurate medication dosages are administered
  • Dispense both controlled and non-controlled medications as per physician's directives
  • Monitor patient conditions
  • Consult with medical staff regarding any necessary dosage adjustments
  • Manage all aspects of receiving, storing, and dispensing medications
  • Document and sign entries in patient treatment records as mandated by federal and state regulations
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain examination rooms and dispensary
  • Be available for on-call duties as required
