As a Lead Nurse, your role will involve delivering care to patients throughout their treatment journey at our facility. You will oversee and administer the appropriate dosages of prescribed treatments while ensuring accurate documentation. Your leadership will foster an environment conducive to long-term recovery.
Compensation:
· $26/hr to $32/hr

Qualifications:
- Current LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician in good standing with the State of California
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of patients
- Flexibility in work schedule and location
- Willingness to travel as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient information to ensure accurate medication dosages are administered
- Dispense both controlled and non-controlled medications as per physician's directives
- Monitor patient conditions
- Consult with medical staff regarding any dosage adjustments
- Manage all aspects of receiving, storing, and dispensing medications
- Document and sign entries in patient treatment records in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Prepare, stock, and maintain examination rooms and medication dispensaries
- Be available for on-call duties as necessary
