Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of automotive salespeople to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

  • Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and providing expert advice on product features and benefits.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure sales staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous dealership and management experience is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales growth, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitor activity.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience.
