Job Description:

  • Routine maintenance tasks include cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, conducting routine tests, and keeping our workshop area in top condition.
  • Repairs and replacements involve ordering supplies, such as doggie pots and liners, assisting with concrete, irrigation, storm drain, and asphalt repairs.
  • Pressure washing services include cleaning various surfaces, including boardwalks, signs, and benches.
  • Installation and repair tasks include installing and repairing signs, painting signs and curbs, and performing other aesthetic-related tasks.
  • Record-keeping responsibilities involve maintaining accurate records of work orders and task completion.
  • Team support involves assisting colleagues as needed and being prepared to take on additional assignments.
  • Flexibility is essential, as this role requires working all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour emergency on-call situations.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong maintenance background and high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage.
  • Working knowledge of automotive mechanics, electrical circuits, wiring electronics, hydraulics, and relevant hand tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under supervision, manage multiple tasks, and follow company policies and SOPs.
  • Physical requirements include lifting 50-60 pounds, loading/unloading large equipment/tools, accessing confined spaces, and continuously walking and climbing stairs and ladders.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred) and other licenses may vary by site.
Earn an Estimated Salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
