Customer Service Representative - Convenience Store

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking merchandise and maintaining coolers.
  • Collaborate with store employees to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.

Physical Demands

  • Stand for 90% of the shift.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds for stocking shelves, coolers, and back room duties.
  • Reach above head for cigarette racks, storage shelves, and other high areas.
  • Bend daily for tasks such as cleaning and restocking.
  • Push brooms, mops, and dollies on wheels, and pull carts as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work overnight shifts.
