Key Responsibilities

  • Support Entry Level Designation and Texas Rising Star providers by reviewing screening documents and ensuring timely implementation of provider screening in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Track and review requests, including interest forms, facility changes, and waiver requests.
  • Develop and review reports for service providers, local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Organize and upload program files and reports using SharePoint, and accurately enter data in required systems.
  • Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with the Workforce Board's directive and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Additional duties as assigned to meet program and Workforce Solutions needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform and complete tasks with limited supervision.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present strategies, leading to successful deliverables and outcomes.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study.
  • 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties.
