Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing local public and private funds to match federal funds, identifying local match partners, and developing reports for service providers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Secure local public and private funds to match federal funds
- Identify and establish local match partners to maximize resources for childcare needs
- Develop and review reports for service providers and agencies
- Organize and upload program files and reports using SharePoint
- Respond to early childhood quality education requests from childcare stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
- 5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform and complete tasks with limited supervision
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
