About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Halloween Haunt Ushers and Winterfest Ushers at Kings Dominion. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and providing directions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and maintenance of our Halloween Haunt and Winterfest events, including preparing the area prior to event opening and ensuring guest safety.
  • Attendance Tracking: Accurately count and record guest attendance for our events.
  • Rule Enforcement: Ensure guests follow the rules and policies of our events, including maintaining dispatch intervals and enforcing park policies.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness of our event areas and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
  • Availability: Must have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
