Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans to meet individual needs
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a current and valid RN license from a Compact Party State
