Financial Services Coordinator

If so, we invite you to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Connecticut as a financial services coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements and reports, and performing payroll data collection and reporting.
About the Position:
- Manage all bookkeeping functions, including data entry, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
- Record account payable invoices, obtain proper approvals, and perform A/P reporting
- Process cash disbursements, record accounts receivables, and reconcile member ledgers and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements and reports for properties and owners, and issue 1099's and prepare 1096
- Perform payroll data collection and reporting to third-party payroll processors, and answer phone lines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
