Job Title: Senior Games Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Games Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Senior Games Technician, you will be responsible for building, troubleshooting, and repairing our games, attractions, and technical equipment while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, troubleshoot, and repair games, attractions, and technical equipment
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Train and develop Support Tech teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of electro-mechanics
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
