Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business systems and their functionality.
  • Analyze complex business processes and present them in a clear and logical format.
  • Collaborate with the product owner to maintain and refine the product backlog, including creating user stories, clarifying defects, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as planning program increments, sprints, and refinements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and work with end-users to resolve or implement workarounds.
  • Communicate effectively with operational staff, Treasury end-users, and developers to achieve agreement on requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analyst roles, with a strong background in requirements analysis, system analysis, and design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid workforce.
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous situations, with a generalist mindset.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum iterative product development, and proficiency in tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Experience with OneStream application is a plus.
