Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Autism Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of autism care at UNIFI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide RBTs in providing individualized care to patients with autism
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Education)
  • BCBA certification or eligibility
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in autism care, with a focus on ABA therapy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
