Job Overview

OSTechnical is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365, with a strong background in troubleshooting and supporting network upgrades in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and system issues
  • Collaborate with the team to implement network upgrades and improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
  • Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, day shift, 40 hours per week
