Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive pre-construction plans.
  • Identify and apply appropriate construction methodologies for project execution.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with staff and production teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, including a detailed 2-3 week outlook.
  • Develop and manage recovery schedules as necessary.
  • Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet project demands.
  • Supervise daily operations of vendors and subcontractors, addressing issues proactively.
  • Ensure the job site remains organized and safe.
  • Monitor subcontractor scopes of work, identifying potential challenges early.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proficient in vertical construction with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Base salary ranging from $115,000 to $140,000, plus performance bonuses.
