Therapist Position in Behavioral Health

We are recruiting a talented Mental Health Counselor to work with our team at Northwest Resources II, Inc., a leading provider of behavioral health services in Thurston and Mason Counties.

About the Job:

This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intakes
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Participate in collaborative team efforts
  • Maintain accurate and timely records

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (with Agency Affiliated License within 30 days of hire)
  • Recognition as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) or ability to gain within 30 days of hire
  • PREFERRED: Current WA state License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate license) or Certified Agency Affiliated Counselor (CAAC) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential
  • Desirable: Co-occurring credentials and experience
  • Preferred: 1 or more years of direct service and assessment of patients
