Job Title: Quality Control Field Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Field Representative to join our team at Texas Tool Belt. This role will be responsible for maintaining quality control to ensure high signature validation rates, validating petitions, and tracking validation rates by canvasser and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality control to ensure high signature validation rates
  • Validate petitions and track validation rates by canvasser and team
  • Identify problems with petition validations and generate solutions
  • Match petition signatures to a voter database
  • Call petition signers
  • Participate in training and staff meetings, as assigned
  • Document any challenges or obstacles and be prepared to offer solutions and workarounds to overcome them

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 25-plus hours per week, including early evenings
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to maintain a structured conversation
  • Ability to work in a highly structured team environment
  • Ability to create and maintain organizational systems
  • Experience using online databases, technology, Google Docs, and Excel
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking during shift
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
  • Must have a cell phone, computer, and internet to perform work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback for improvement
  • Ability to make changes and improvements in work practices based
  • Ability to work entire shift without set breaks
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
