About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting maintenance on delivery vans and DOT vehicles at designated client sites.
- Performing essential technician services including oil changes, tire services, routine inspections, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, and preventative maintenance.
- Executing advanced repairs and state inspections.
- Undergoing training that may initially occur in a retail environment before transitioning to client sites.
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting DOT regulated inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake services.
- Possession of DOT Brake Certification, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
- A valid driver's license and compliance with DOT physical requirements, including being at least 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- ASE Certification(s) are advantageous.
- Previous experience in vehicle diagnostics, road testing, and familiarity with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems.
