Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop communication narratives to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Update change and stakeholder group impacts based on current and future state assessments.
  • Document degree of complexity and business criticality of the change per stakeholder group.
  • Develop and implement a Change & Communication Strategy with high-level change and communication activities planned.
  • Analyze results and provide insights for Change Readiness Assessment Reports.
  • Partner with Strategic Enablement & Change team and People Business Partner to conduct and review results from change readiness listening sessions.

  • Ideate recommendations for recognition throughout the implementation to keep engagement high across affected groups.
  • Stakeholder analysis, identification, and management in partnership with People Business Partners.

Requirements
  • Willingness to travel onsite in various locations.

  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience.
