We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This role requires no prior dialysis experience, and comprehensive training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and relies on each other's strengths to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, using your head, heart, and hands every day.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings.
  • A passion for delivering compassionate care and making a difference in the lives of others.

In addition, having experience as a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) would be beneficial but not required.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Compensation may vary based on individual factors, and benefits include a comprehensive package to support your well-being and career growth.
