Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Land Services team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our land services activities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate land services activities, including title searches, permit acquisition, and land documentation.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of land services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement land services policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, land managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that land services activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on land services performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in land services, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of land services principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and land database systems.
