Healthcare Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working in a multi-physician medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling: Manage patient schedules, appointments, and waiting lists, ensuring efficient use of clinical time.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience: Minimum one year's experience working in a medical practice, preferably with computerized scheduling systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($45,000 - $60,000 per annum).
- Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental benefits after completing introductory period.
- Training: Opportunity for training on Epic system and other software used by the practice.
