Essential Duties:

  • Understand and execute all aspects of residential plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
  • Supervise the job site to ensure adherence to safety protocols and timely delivery of quality work.
  • Promote and embody the company's vision and core values.
  • Assess job requirements and procedures, determining necessary materials and workforce based on specifications.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to strategize on achieving financial objectives for the plumbing department.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train technicians to meet operational demands.
  • Guide and manage technicians to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee service vehicles to maintain operational efficiency and ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials.
  • Track and manage all company tools.
  • Resolve issues and coordinate activities through effective communication with other management and departments.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, prioritizing safety above all.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by management and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing services.
  • Familiarity with Florida Plumbing Codes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues.
  • Willingness to obtain a Journeyman Plumbing License within a specified timeframe.
  • Thorough understanding of plumbing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to meet vehicle operation guidelines.
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
